Biography :

Born in Paris in 1987, Jean aka. Saint Schizoïde grew up in a family of contemporary musicians. After a couple of years spent at the local Music Academy playing the violin, he started to get interested in rock music and decided to learn to play the guitar in an autodidactic way.

In 2004, Schizoïde approaches electronic music, especially techno and minimal, which are in his opinion roughly the same than rock or blues in terms of energy. His passionate work led him to his first EP ‘Le Rêve d’Hermes’ released on the Parisian label ‘Coton-Tige’ in 2010.

Also working on broadcasting and audiovisual side-projects, Jean performs innovative livesets, resembling to an epileptic and tormented succession of random frames.

Biography :

Raised in a musically entrenched family, Ludovic Vendi is a musician at heart. He has been cultivating his passion since he was born through piano and guitar. After the clash of his rock band, he moved to Barcelona in 2003 and started DJing there quite heavily, proving that his talents are not restricted to studio work.
Vendi played in clubs like Nitsa Barcelona, The End London, Rex Club in Paris, Tresor Berlin, Watergate or D-Edge in Sao Paulo.

His tracks have been charted by artists like Josh Wink, Steve Bug, Tiefschwarz, Sven Väth, Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos or Derek Plaslaiko to name a few, and he has been remixed by artists like Paul Ritch, Pablo Bolivar, Henry Saiz or Rob Acid.

His label Sonat Records aims at mixing funky house and minimal techno, a melting pot that perfectly represents his actual musical orientation.

Recently, his remix for Plastikman’s ‘Ask Yourself’ remix competition received a honourable mention and was selected by Richie Hawtin among more than 1000 remixes, and will be released on the Plastikman Arkives.

« Zhao is the kind of guy who is doing music by himself, who founded his label Anozer without asking for anyone else's help... and who is now in the best Techno DJs' playlists without asking for it » - A nice quote from Get The Curse’s headman Clement Meyer that pretty much sums up Zhao.

Zhao is an emerging artist originally hailing from southern France's techno scene. Founder of the label Anozer, Zhao released various EPs and remixes on respected imprints such as Archipel, Resopal Schallware or Kassette between 2007 and 2010.

Recently, time has accelerated for Zhao, since he released EPs for Simian Mobile Disco’s This Is Music, Tiga’s Turbo Recordings, Remain’s Meant, Teki’s Sound Pellegrino and last but not least for Kill the DJ with british producer Matt Walsh!

For his work, he has gathered support from big players such as Richie Hawtin, Troy Pierce, Miss Kittin, Tiga, Chris Liebing, Tim Green, Brodinski, Danton Eeprom, Noob, Harvard Bass, Laurent Garnier, Chloé and countless others.

Biography :

Noreuil is a UK based minimal techno artist, with a passion for all things dark and haunting. After spending years developing his sound and skill in the studio, merging the old with the new has fast become this producers preferred weapon of choice. The unmistakable Roland sound shines through in nearly all of his productions, mixed with some tightly knitted drum designs and of course, atmospheres that would feel at home in a Stanley Kubric movie.

2009 saw Noreuil launch onto the techno scene with his debut release ‘Similar To Know Other’ on Tokio Recordings. Since then Noreuil has continued to let his style evolve and grow with a string of releases and remixes on labels such as Kassette, Lazerslut, FVF, Malatoid and Illegal Alien.

This year saw the launch of his new imprint Zool Muzic. A label designed to build and develope a small group of like-minded underground artists within the techno genre. After the first release in April, Zool has already had a strong run of releases and gained support from some industry heavyweights along the way.

 The forthcoming months will see Noreuil take a new approach to his production, focusing more on sound design, field recordings and building elements of techno around a horror soundtrack. Daggers at the ready...

Biography :

Niklas Worgt started playing as Dapayk in the late nineties. In 2003 he formed the minimal-meets-pop project Dapayk and Padberg together with Eva Padberg, releasing five EPs and an album. In 2006 Worgt began releasing as Marek Bois and signed releases on Trapez and Rrygular. In September 2006 Dapayk’s solo album was released on Mo’s Ferry Production to critical acclaim, definitely made him one of the most established protagonists of the minimal and techno scene.

Biography :

From Karaoke to Stardom is Jeremy Herpe, a 32 year old french producer. His first EP was released in april 2006 on Rrygular, later that year came a few other ones, including his first EP on Apnea, joining the Net28 family. Things started to get bigger in 2007, with his album on Rrygular and a lot of gigs in Europe, getting recognition not only as a producer but as a live act too.

Nourished by his experiences and hoping to construct his own community of likeminded musicians, Pheek founded the Archipel netlabel in 2004. The immediate support and praise of media and clientele allowed Archipel to quickly gain the reputation the label deserve. As a producer, Pheek released few EP on Lick My Deck, Adjunct, Leftroom and Archipel to name a few.

Eric Michel aka. K21 has been an active member of the French Rave-party movement since 1994, and has released several 12-inches on various underground labels.

Commander in chief of 'Y Records', his wide influence line of sight goes from Cristian Vogel, to Nina Hagen, via Motörhead and Lenny Dee. Beside his artist name 'K21', Eric is using various monikers such as 'Kroma', 'Captain Pandor' or 'The Paranoid Black Sheep'... each one representing his distinct musical playgrounds.

Originally a jazz teacher and a circuit bender, K21's recent work focuses on exploring new directions of advanced instrumentation: a mix of music and technology in a more ethereal style.

Hailing from Bordeaux, France, just like his sidekick Djedjotronic, Noob (originally Wobo) released his first track on Anozer in 2007. Very quickly, there was a constant demand for Noob’s remixes (Brodinski, Erol Alkan, Tiga and more). Within a few months Noob, who was discreetly working on electronica-influenced tracks, has become a well-known producer in great demand since the biggest names in the electro scene have asked to work with him.

M_Ferri came of age as the techno wave hit the burgeoning underground club scene in the capital city of post-Wall Germany. His passion for techno dates back to 1994 as he felt the pull of early Detroit techno music by the likes of Jeff Mills and Laurent Garnier. Four years later, M_Ferri founded the independent techno labels AUTIST. As a producer, M_Ferri released for various labels such as Kassette, Autist or Franz Franz.

Born in Argentina, QiK begun his techno ride in 2003 when he got into minimal sound. In 2004 alongside Pablo Denegri and Milena Pafundi he founded Tekhnë, an experimental audio/visual collective. Continously developing his sound during 2006 and encouraged by his mate Sebastian Galante aka Seph he released his first ep as QiK, on the prestigious argentine label Igloo-rec.
